Grading Dates for Winter 2012


Sunday 5th February           8 am - 11 am       9-15 yrs   Pennant Hills Courts         

Sunday 12th February         8 am - 11 am      9-15 yrs    Pennant Hills Courts

Wednesday 15th February  5 pm  - 7 pm       9-15 yrs    Greenway Courts



Team Allocations for 7 & 8 Yrs for 2012

Thursday 16th February       5-5.30pm            7 & 8yrs    Greenway Courts




Gradings and team allocations will take place on the dates outlined. Two dates have been allocated for grading of the younger teams, and you will be advised at the end of the first session whether the graders feel a second session is required to confirm grading. The third date at Greenway Courts has been allocated in case either of the first two dates are cancelled due to wet weather. We recommend attendance on grading days otherwise the player will be placed into a team at the graders’ discretion from the information on the player’s registration form.

Please note that any problems concerning grading must be presented in writing to the Club President or Secretary, c/o PO Box 621 Cherrybrook, 2126. No verbal complaints will be accepted. Any problems will be addressed by the President, Grading Co-ordinator, Graders concerned and one other Executive member, a letter will be issued advising the outcome.



If grading is cancelled due to the weather, a notification will be placed on the home page of this website the morning of grading.
