HOW TO RESIZE YOUR PHOTOS USING MICROSOFT OFFICE PICTURE MANAGER
right click on your photo click on open with click on microsoft office picture manager click on edit pictures click on resize in custom width x height enter 300 in the first box the alternate size will adjust itself to maintain the correct ratio click ok click file click save
HOW TO RESIZE YOUR PHOTOS IN WINDOWS PAINT
right click on your photo click on open with click on paint click resize click pixels if your picture is landscape, type 400 in the box next to horizontal if your picture is portrait, type 400 in the box next to vertical the alternate size will adjust itself to maintain the correct ratio click ok click file click save
